I possess a broad range of skills and am highly proficient in utilizing technical design platforms and office technology programs. I have an unwavering commitment to exploring the latest technological innovations and continuing my academic studies.

EXPERIENCE:

2024

Mechanical Engineering Intern (Facilities Team)

SpaceX

Lompoc, California

  • Designed and developed spaces used to assemble and construct Falcon 9 rocket components

  • Oversaw all aspects of construction phases to complete facility requests for site improvement

  • Analyzed information from the data acquisition box in MATLAB to create a site heat map, which aided in future structural design decisions due to increased launch cadence

  • Performed load calculations to size overhead doors, determined proper sheet metal gauge for roofing and wall paneling, and sized platforms and other equipment for booster facilities

  • Led coordination with contractors to execute base maintenance, providing detailed mechanical drawings to ensure precise task execution

2023

Mechanical Engineering Intern (Properties /Buildings Team)

WSP USA

Sunrise, FL

  • Designed and modified projects in Revit (focused on HVAC systems)

  • Formulated mechanical equipment schedules

  • Performed pressure drop and loss coefficient analyses to size air handling units

  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams, architects, and contractors to optimize system efficiency

  • Positioned ductwork and utilized equipment to regulate airflow based on the metrics and specifications of the fan coil units

2023-Present

Duke Combat Robotics

Durham, NC

  • Engineer and develop combat robot prototypes for competitive events

  • Researching both active and passive weapon designs

  • Using SolidWorks to design robot bases, ensuring precision and functionality

  • Built and assembled circuits used to control the robot
